Honoring his father’s legacy, he has dedicated his career to understanding the deep connection between oral health and overall well-being. His approach integrates biological dentistry with innovative biohacking techniques to help clients achieve optimal health, performance, and longevity.
At Novum, Dr. Sambataro focuses on supporting detoxification, functional performance, and long-term vitality. Karan Almond
Clinical Director & Detox Specialist
Karan Almond, a retired high-risk specialty and hospice RN, overcame 14 different diagnoses over nine years that didn’t respond to conventional treatments. Her personal health journey, transitioning from illness to vitality, laid the foundation for her role as Director of Novum PLC.
Karan’s commitment to wellness, functional performance, and longevity is rooted in her own transformative experience. Now, she helps others reclaim their health through detoxification and holistic healing practices.
Scarlett Davis
Licensed Esthetician - The Divine Feminine Aesthetics
With over 20 years of experience, Scarlett Davis is a licensed esthetician and the founder of The Divine Feminine Aesthetics. After overcoming her own struggles with insecurities, Scarlett discovered the power of self-love and incorporated this transformative approach into her work.
At The Divine Feminine Aesthetics, she specializes in treating acne, hyperpigmentation, anti-aging, and hair loss using bio-stimulation techniques and an energetic healing touch. Scarlett’s mission is to empower clients to embrace their natural beauty and cultivate confidence from within, creating a space where they can feel rejuvenated inside and out.
Pam Dean
Wellness Administrator
Pam Deam brings 29 years of experience as a Montgomery County Physical Education Teacher, where she excelled as a coach and mentor, developing strong skills in listening, organizing, and strategizing.
After retiring due to mycotoxin illness, Pam worked with Karan, our Novum Clinical Director, to enhance her medical treatments, ultimately regaining her performance and vitality. Now, Pam greets clients with genuine warmth, helping guide them toward Novum’s services to achieve their health and wellness goals.
In her free time, Pam enjoys playing tennis, spending time with her family and dogs, and cheering on her sons at their baseball games.
